Serves as the office’s first point of contact by answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining professional client interactions. Lead enterprise Azure architecture and cloud operations for customers, designing scalable, secure, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities include architecture roadmaps, disaster recovery, modernization, operational excellence, risk mitigation, infrastructure assessment, solution documentation, executive advisory, cross-team coordination, mentoring, and support for day-to-day cloud operations. The role requires strong Azure infrastructure, security, identity, monitoring, and governance expertise, with preferred experience in Azure PaaS, infrastructure as code, DevOps, and IT service management.
