Serves as the strategic liaison between Global IT and business functions, managing technology roadmaps, demand intake, prioritization, portfolio governance, budgets, resources, and value delivery. The role develops business cases, evaluates project performance, identifies technology opportunities, and guides project continuation or cancellation.
