Leads the Oregon Chapter’s fundraising, staff and volunteer management, strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, media relations, outreach, and coalition-building. Manage high-volume automotive finance and insurance operations across six luxury brands. Responsibilities include delivering compliant F&I presentations, maximizing product penetration and profitability, maintaining lender relationships, ensuring clean funding, and representing the dealership professionally. Success requires strong per-deal profit, VSC and prepaid maintenance performance, contract accuracy, compliance discipline, and customer communication. The role includes a five-day schedule with Saturdays and holidays required.
