Own and grow strategic channel and delivery partner relationships across North America and the US Public Sector. Recruit, onboard, enable, and activate partners; develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies; collaborate with sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue; lead executive partner reviews; track performance through CRM and PRM platforms; and provide regional market insights to influence global partner programs.

The role collaborates with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, vendors, employees, and managers in a hybrid office environment.

Supports bi-weekly payroll processing, time and attendance monitoring, wage and benefit calculations, payroll adjustments, reconciliations, audits, reporting, and year-end activities. Leads client-facing solution design for complex insurance and BPO deals. Translates client needs into scalable solutions spanning business process management, technology, consulting, analytics, automation, and AI-driven workflows. Owns solution narratives, needs assessments, pricing assumptions, proposal development, and risk review while partnering with operations, finance, AI teams, and commercial leaders. The role also develops repeatable solution patterns, trains sales leaders, and supports new business efforts. Requires deep property and casualty insurance operations expertise and approximately 50% domestic travel.

Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, payroll, and representative payee functions. Supervise and develop the accounting operations team, maintain accurate and compliant financial processes, strengthen internal controls, coordinate audits, improve accounting systems, and provide operational reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.

Creates, films, edits, and publishes short-form social media content for assigned retail properties. Manages TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook posting schedules, monitors trends, responds to community engagement, coordinates content with tenants and onsite marketing teams, and reports monthly analytics. The role requires onsite filming, occasional on-camera representation, strong social media performance metrics, and availability for some weekends and holidays.

Provides Level 2 IT help desk support for employees across the US and Mexico. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity; documenting resolutions; installing hardware and software; supporting onboarding and technical training; maintaining technology inventory; identifying recurring issues; improving IT processes; and participating in projects and after-hours on-call rotations.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots VMware and Nutanix virtualization clusters supporting Air Force infrastructure. Provides senior technical support, performs migrations, manages patches and upgrades, monitors capacity and performance, maintains documentation, and supports compliance with DISA STIGs and NIST SP 800-171. Collaborates with cybersecurity, network, and application teams, participates in change-control activities, trains engineers, and supports an on-call rotation.
