This position reports into the VP of Channel Partners and can be based remotely in the US, with Austin, TX preferred. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Own a strategic portfolio of channel and delivery partners across NAMER and the US Public Sector, serving as the primary executive relationship owner.
Recruit, onboard, enable, and activate high-value partners—including resellers in emerging markets—aligned to regional growth objectives.
Partner closely with Channel Sales to execute joint account planning, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration.
Develop joint business plans, executive engagement frameworks, and regional go-to-market strategies.
Lead regular partner business reviews and track key performance metrics to ensure partners deliver measurable revenue impact.
Act as the voice of the region by gathering market insights and sharing feedback with leadership to shape global partner investments.
Maintain clear reporting on partner performance, sales pipelines, and enablement milestones using CRM and PRM platforms.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or partner management within a B2B SaaS organization.
Proven track record of identifying, establishing, and managing resellers, distributors, system integrators (SIs), and fulfillment partners.
Deep familiarity with the NAMER commercial market and the US Public Sector ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive joint business plans.
Strong technical and operational proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRMs) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software.
Exceptional commercial acumen with a verified track record of growing partner-generated revenue and pipeline.
Full written and verbal fluency in English; bilingual Spanish capabilities are a plus.
Base Pay Range:
160,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
