Build and lead FreedomCare’s enterprise leadership development system. Responsibilities include creating a leadership philosophy and competency model, assessing capability gaps, designing leadership pathways and onboarding standards, managing programs, budgets, vendors, technology, governance, and adoption, and measuring behavioral and business impact. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR business partners, executives, and operational leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, succession coverage, mobility, retention, and organizational performance.

Supports attorneys in complex civil and technology litigation matters by preparing court filings, conducting legal and docket research, managing discovery and eDiscovery vendors, organizing case records, tracking deadlines, and preparing for hearings and trials. The role also involves coordinating with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel, with occasional in-person trial attendance and overtime as needed.

Supports the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and legal department with SEC reporting, securities compliance, corporate governance, board and committee activities, annual meetings, M&A diligence and closings, entity management, corporate records, outside counsel coordination, and legal documentation. Leads go-to-market growth for data solutions by developing client relationships, generating pipeline, managing the full B2B sales lifecycle, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and expanding accounts. Builds co-selling opportunities with cloud data and AI partners, creates account plans, presents consultative solutions, and collaborates with consulting and technical teams on proposals and proofs of concept. Requires expertise in cloud, data, AI, and corporate finance, supply chain, or operations, with travel up to 50%.

Analyze credit, fraud, pricing, and portfolio performance using internal and external data. Cleanse and validate data, monitor predictive models and risk strategies, develop statistical models, identify trends and data-quality issues, and communicate actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and enterprise risk teams to support strategic decisions, improve profitability, and manage B2B credit risk.

Build production full-stack features and quality infrastructure for AI-generated code, including automated testing, evaluation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, observability, release criteria, and security guardrails. Use AI coding agents while validating correctness, performance, maintainability, and privacy. Develop scalable services for travel and rewards platforms, protect member trust, and promote AI-assisted engineering quality practices across teams.

Own healthcare analytics data methodology, including episode grouping, provider attribution, cost standardization, quality measures, reference data, pipelines, QA, and production delivery. Translate feature requests into specifications and validated analytics. Reconcile results, establish recurring data-quality coverage, investigate failures, and collaborate with engineering, data science, product, clinical informatics, and customer teams. Advanced SQL and healthcare claims expertise are central to ensuring accurate, defensible customer metrics.

Own analytics for Customer Success and Operations by translating ambiguous business questions into metrics, reports, dashboards, and PRDs. Partner with senior leaders, CSMs, Analytics Engineers, and Operations teams to improve retention, permit turnaround, and organizational scalability. Build self-service dashboards, develop dbt models, document analytics assets, prioritize high-impact requests, and use LLM tools to accelerate SQL, reporting, and data-model development.

Build and maintain Snowflake and dbt data platforms, including ELT pipelines, tested models, orchestration, monitoring, documentation, access controls, and governance. Optimize performance and costs while ensuring reliable, discoverable data for internal dashboards, client products, and AI/ML use cases. Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into durable solutions and apply strong software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, code review, Python, testing, and alerting.
