Review complex commercial loan closing packages for accuracy and regulatory compliance, validate data via checklist audits, log and report discrepancies, coordinate corrections with booking and QC teams, maintain loan records, support audits, and train junior staff while meeting bank policies and KPIs.

Manage month-end close and revenue accounting activities including journal entries, ASC 606 analyses, AR treatments, variance analysis, process improvements, SOX compliance, and audit support while collaborating with finance partners to ensure accurate consolidated financial statements.

Lead forecasting and reporting for revenue, ARR, and bookings; build models and KPIs; run variance and ad-hoc analyses; write SQL against Snowflake; partner with sales ops and systems teams; support annual planning; improve FP&A processes and mentor juniors.

Manage post-sale technical implementations and serve as escalation between clients and partners. Perform installations, upgrades, testing, and system configuration. Track project progress, resolve scheduling issues, and keep stakeholders informed. Build strong client relationships, consult on operational needs, and maintain industry-specific product knowledge.

Own and scale Falcon's channel program: design partner tiers and deal-registration, manage and grow existing distributors/integrators, recruit and onboard new partners in priority verticals, resolve channel-direct conflicts, enable partners with training and co-marketing, and report partner-sourced pipeline and operational KPIs to drive measurable partner-sourced revenue.

Lead partner-focused marketing strategy and execution to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives. Build partner playbooks, manage PRM marketing components, coordinate joint campaigns, events, and partner communications, track partner KPIs and ROI, and collaborate with partner operations and corporate marketing to grow partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
