Partners with hiring managers, schedules interviews, negotiates offers, manages onboarding, maintains candidate records, and represents the company at recruitment events to expand the talent pipeline.

Manage high-budget paid social lead-generation campaigns (primarily Meta) for 20–25 clients, analyze performance and data to optimize quality, volume and revenue, run tests and iterate strategies, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to build acquisition funnels.

Support the sales team by identifying leads, conducting market research, preparing sales materials and proposals, participating in meetings and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help drive business development and ensure client satisfaction.
