Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team, including scheduling meetings, updating work requests, formatting documents, assisting with shipping/fulfillment, resolving customer service issues, mitigating risks, and supporting ongoing projects and general office duties to ensure deadlines and team objectives are met.

As a Project Manager, you will ensure projects progress smoothly through permitting processes, advising clients, and collaborating with municipalities to accelerate approvals. The Director oversees outsourced business services at 3M, ensuring performance, governance, and alignment with Global Business Services while driving efficiency and continuous improvement in BPO operations.

Provide customer service to agents via phone/chat/email, process policy tasks, review and update policy records, prepare cancellation/non-renewal notices per state guidelines, ensure compliance, coordinate with departments and carriers, follow SOPs, and cross-train peers.

Handle and adjust third-party liability, general liability, and commercial auto claims from investigation through disposition. Manage reserves, vendors and independent adjusters, prepare substantive claim and reinsurance reports, identify subrogation/risk transfer, and communicate with clients, brokers, and legal counsel.

Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate auto accidents, determine responsible payers, submit bills and documentation to insurers, follow up on denials, and support audits and reporting to maximize payments for medical provider clients.

Provide Level 2 technical support by administering Linux/Windows servers, virtualization and cloud platforms, managing databases and web servers, configuring hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS), troubleshooting networking and performance issues, communicating with customers, and improving support processes.

Lead enterprise operations to translate strategy into measurable execution: build operating rhythms, PMO governance, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional forums. Drive AI-enabled workflow transformation, resource planning alignment with Finance, and lead a global team of 20+ to improve accountability, decision-making, and execution quality at scale.

The role indicates a potential for international positions in the future at The ROSTR Group but currently has no openings outside North America.

Provide end-to-end executive support to a Supervising Producer: manage workflows in Productive, coordinate production and post-production logistics, run daily check-ins, prep for meetings, triage communications, chase assets/approvals, and surface risks proactively. Role requires production familiarity, strong written communication, high EQ, and hands-on use of AI tools. Full-time contract-to-start, US-based with PST/MST core hours; SLC or LA preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.

Provide proactive executive and production support to the Supervising Producer: manage task lists and project workflows in Productive, coordinate shoot logistics and post-production handoffs, prep and triage communications, attend meetings, chase assets/approvals, and keep projects moving so the SP can focus on high-level producing.

Provide Tier 1 unified communications support for hosted voice environments, troubleshoot VoIP and networking issues, manage tickets, perform documentation and occasional onsite visits, participate in on-call rotation and process improvements.
