Lead and build BROADMIND's operations: create scalable processes, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, oversee day-to-day operations, analyze data to guide decisions, negotiate contracts, identify growth and partnership opportunities, and shape company culture while working closely with the CEO and executive team in a hands-on, zero-to-one environment.

Provide high-trust executive support to the founder: manage calendar, travel, personal ops, hiring pipeline, inbox triage, Notion systems, AI agents/automations, and team coordination to anticipate needs and close loops.
