Owns the operational health, governance, and integrity of customer and prospect data across Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and related GTM systems. Responsibilities include data stewardship, deduplication, enrichment, lifecycle management, integration monitoring, synchronization troubleshooting, segmentation support, data-quality dashboards, process documentation, automation improvements, and audit support. Partners cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Data Engineering to enable reliable reporting, automation, and AI workflows.

Manages revenue operations across pipeline forecasting, quote approvals, bookings, revenue support, reporting, and product administration. Reviews Salesforce data, coordinates cross-functional booking and revenue processes, leads SKU and price book setup, validates Salesforce and NetSuite workflows, reconciles data using Excel and Power BI, and documents scalable procedures and controls. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, Customer Success, and business systems teams to resolve exceptions and improve commercial operations.

Maintains confidential databases and tracking documents, supports onsite festival activities, assists with stakeholder outreach, and prepares post-festival reports. This temporary part-time role requires onsite hybrid work in Boulder, extended hours, and strong organization, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Provides administrative and coordination support to mortgage loan officers by managing communications, appointments, loan pipelines, closing deadlines, customer information, email monitoring, sales meeting materials, continuing education, licensing requirements, and training support.
