Own incidents end-to-end: debug integrations, APIs, agents, pipelines using observability tools, reproduce bugs, escalate to Engineering, run incident triage, document runbooks, and develop scripts/automation to reduce recurring issues while supporting onboarding and implementation.

Provide technical remote support to OneStream customers: triage and resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, maintain knowledge base articles, collaborate cross-functionally, and prioritize fast, high-quality customer responses.

Lead Pebl's Account Management organization to drive net revenue retention, expansion ARR, renewals, executive engagement, and customer retention. Build strategy, operating rhythms, forecasting, enablement, and scalable team structures.
