Lead footwear product development for the SAS brand, partnering with design to create differentiated products aligned with consumer needs, brand strategy, quality standards, timelines, and business targets. Manage development team workload and delivery, oversee product engineering and technical development, and support the CEO in achieving pricing, cost, and margin objectives. The role requires extensive footwear development experience and managerial leadership, with domestic and international travel.
