Manage tickets and escalations, maintain documentation, monitor and patch systems, coordinate vendors, support plant connectivity, and drive issues through resolution while helping modernize the technology environment.

Analyzes financial and operational data, including budget performance, system availability, employee performance, incidents, equipment failures, invoices, and maintenance activities. Prepares budgets and recurring management reports, explains variances, identifies efficiency opportunities, tracks design and MOC progress, and supports special projects. Presents large datasets as useful management information for corporate and field leadership.

Own revenue and go-to-market analytics, KPI definitions, forecasting, scenario modeling, cost-of-revenue and operating expense analysis, variance reporting, dashboards, and board support. Build auditable financial models, improve data integrity, automate recurring workflows, and provide insights for pricing, hiring, investment, and leadership decisions. Partner closely with finance, accounting, sales, marketing, and revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leave and benefits administration, HR compliance, recordkeeping, supervisor support, training coordination, and community outreach while maintaining confidentiality and agency policy alignment.

Manages engineering project planning, timelines, budgets, task delegation, client meetings, technical communications, performance tracking, and project completion. Provides recommendations for standard operating procedures, work instructions, operations, and product development. Requires practical mechanical engineering knowledge, familiarity with oil and gas equipment, engineering drawings, manufacturing techniques, and project planning software.

Processes multistate payroll entries, bonuses, commissions, adjustments, overtime, PTO, garnishments, manual checks, stop payments, and year-end reporting in Oracle. Audits timecards and payroll files, resolves discrepancies, supports W-2 and audit preparation, handles employee inquiries, coordinates with HR, Accounting, venue management, and payroll leadership, and contributes to payroll automation and process improvements.

Coordinates CMBS REO reporting operations, including tracking bank accounts, insurance, financial packages, receivership status, sweeps, refunds, reimbursements, invoices, and funding requests. Reviews reporting packages for completeness, follows up with property managers and servicers, obtains approvals, manages insurance documentation, and provides administrative support to the REO Reporting Team.
