Partners with dealer leadership, executes Customer Care & Aftersales initiatives, develops business plans, analyzes performance data, resolves customer concerns, and manages KPIs including NPS, service training, warranty processes, and EV compliance. Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely servicing while coordinating with branches, fraud teams, and internal partners. Responsibilities also include monitoring workflows and service levels, managing operational controls, supporting process improvements and system enhancements, and participating in training, meetings, cross-team support, and change-management activities.

Lead a team executing call monitoring and quality assurance to ensure accurate, consistent, and risk‑aware evaluations. Partner with operations, compliance, and training to drive coaching, remediate risks, support audits, deliver trend reporting, and continuously improve monitoring criteria, processes, and controls in a regulated environment.
