The Strategic Learning & Development Advisor role involves designing and executing post-sales enablement events to enhance collaboration across Customer Success and other teams, improve customer outcomes, and facilitate high-impact sessions while managing logistics and stakeholder engagement.

Lead Jira infrastructure, staffing and cost models, build dashboards and decision-useful materials, partner cross-functionally, and drive automation and AI to simplify recurring work. Maintain operating cadences and support strategic planning; travel up to 10%.

Negotiate delinquent accounts on behalf of clients to maximize savings, build and maintain relationships with external partners, manage client finances and account queues, use tools to consolidate debts for negotiation leverage, provide client guidance, and participate in special projects to support client outcomes.

Provide technical support and escalation ownership for payroll workflows: investigate and resolve payroll run issues, taxes, benefits, and integrations; advise customers on payroll configuration and compliance; collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate issues into product improvements; proactively identify misconfigurations and recommend process improvements and documentation.

The Commercial Title Examiner conducts title searches, resolves defects, and ensures property titles are clear for energy projects, acting as a subject matter expert.
