Processes and monitors insurance agent appointments, terminations, licensing updates, and demographic changes. Maintains accurate records across internal systems and government portals, verifies licensing criteria, supports commission-related setup, protects sensitive information, and responds to agents, departments, regulators, and vendors. The role requires careful data entry, strong organization, confidentiality, timely issue escalation, and professional communication by phone and email.

Lead Cloudflare’s AI-first Revenue Operations technology roadmap. Assess workflows, systems, integrations, and user needs; design and prototype scalable automation and AI solutions; guide build, buy, blend, and retirement decisions; establish governance, security, privacy, and change controls; and partner with IT, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and GTM stakeholders to deliver a secure, efficient seller technology ecosystem.

Provide high-volume, phone-based technical support and first-line resolution for hardware, software, networking and access issues. Log and track incidents in ServiceNow/ITSM, escalate complex problems, suggest process improvements, and maintain security and confidentiality while working from an approved remote workspace on a set evening/weekend schedule.
