Support specialty drug monitoring, PBM evaluations, stop-loss underwriting, client reporting, dashboards, and pharmacy benefit strategy development while collaborating with consultants, underwriters, brokers, and vendor partners.

Analyze operational data, build and maintain reporting models, KPIs, dashboards and scorecards. Provide actionable insights to improve network performance and customer experience. Prepare presentations for leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and recommend operational efficiency improvements while maintaining BI best practices and continuing education.

Lead onshore data engineering/solution lead responsible for hands-on implementation, mentoring junior developers, and managing onshore/offshore teams. Build ETL and data warehouse solutions using Azure (ADF, Synapse), Databricks, PySpark/Python and SQL. Create design artifacts, source-to-target mappings, and specification documents; able to work from client office locations.
