Analyze processes, develop and maintain automated workpapers and reports using VBA, Power Query, and SQL, support system design and testing, document workflows and user guides, improve automation and data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT to implement scalable reporting solutions.

Lead cross-channel customer experience analysis by combining quantitative and qualitative signals (NPS/CSAT/CES, contact center, digital analytics, transactional and complaint data). Design and run deep-dive investigations, translate findings into operational recommendations, coach analysts, partner with channel owners, and maintain measurement and narrative standards to drive quarter-over-quarter operational change.

The Data & Analytics Leader will develop a multi-year roadmap to enhance data governance and analytics capabilities, while fostering a data-driven culture throughout ERAC.
