Manage a large portfolio (60+ accounts), build onboarding plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide post-live support, and occasionally translate customer materials to Mandarin.

Manage enterprise law firm clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Eve's legal AI/SaaS products. Lead onboarding, maximize product utilization, generate case studies, inform product roadmap, and maintain high client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and strategic upsells.

Provide post-implementation Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services, triage and resolve client tickets, design/configure BC solutions and extensions, run onboarding assessments, document knowledgebase articles, support account management and marketing efforts, and monitor emerging Microsoft/Business Central technologies.
