As a Partner Success Engineer at Deepgram, you will drive partner engagement, manage technical enablement, and ensure successful integration of AI solutions, while continuously optimizing workflows and fostering collaboration across teams.

As an Account Manager, you'll manage customer relationships, ensure product adoption, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities within a portfolio of SaaS customers.

Lead and mentor a client-facing analyst team to design, implement, and scale prior-authorization decision automation for PaaS clients. Consult on strategic roadmaps, translate client requirements into technical blueprints, collaborate with product and engineering, optimize processes and analytics frameworks, build visualization reports from authorization and claims data, and ensure client KPIs and end-to-end automation success across the customer lifecycle.

Lead strategic enterprise accounts to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, conduct QBRs, forecast growth, negotiate renewals, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers realize platform value and become advocates.

Design, develop, and maintain client-facing enablement materials across Cedar's product suite. Deliver live end-user and train-the-trainer sessions during implementations. Partner with Product and Delivery to research functionality, maintain content lifecycle, identify gaps, and improve adoption through cross-functional collaboration and learner-focused materials.

Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention by driving adoption, identifying risks and expansion opportunities via data, delivering consultative guidance, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, running scaled engagement programs, and maintaining accurate records in success platforms and CRM to maximize customer value.

Lead high-volume inbound/outbound Account Strategy conversations to retain and grow SMB restaurant customers. Handle contract/pricing negotiations, diagnose needs, leverage product and data to drive outcomes, document interactions, surface customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Finance to improve retention and long-term growth.

Lead and build MongoDB's Critical Accounts program and Customer Health Platform. Design frameworks, operating model, playbooks, KPIs, and executive reporting. Hire and manage a lean program team, coordinate cross-functional interventions, drive platform roadmap and AI-driven signals, and ensure insights translate into reduced churn and measurable business outcomes.

Manage onboarding, account management, and customer support for employer partners. Own client relationships, gather user feedback, build and iterate operational processes, and drive data-informed improvements to scale the business.

Serve as primary relationship manager for airline clients and vendor couriers in baggage logistics. Oversee day-to-day vendor operations, enforce SLAs, lead QBRs, translate data into insights, handle escalations, and partner with Product and Engineering to implement AI-driven operational improvements.
