Why Blee:

Blee is an AI-first marketing content compliance platform. PayPal, NerdWallet, and Brex already trust us. We're YC-backed, founded by an ex-Adobe marketing ops leader and former lawyer, and we're defining a category that didn't exist two years ago—across Fintech, Financial Services, CPG, Travel, and Life Sciences..

With offices in San Francisco and New York, we value in-person work but offer remote-opportunities for the right people. No matter where you join us, you can expect quarterly off-sites and opportunities to join other offices when you feel it’s important. You’ll be joining a team that values clarity, ownership, and shared responsibility—and is focused on building something that genuinely improves how teams work.

The Role

This is a Customer Success Manager role for someone who wants to own the long-term relationship with legal and marketing teams at some of the world's largest organizations. You will take accounts from go-live through renewal – driving adoption, expanding usage across teams and use cases, and making sure Blee measurably reduces the time and risk in every piece of content our customers publish.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts – Serve as the primary relationship owner for legal and marketing stakeholders once implementation is complete

  • Drive adoption and expand usage – Track active users, submission volume, and review coverage; identify the teams, geographies, and use cases not yet live on the platform

  • Run a consistent customer cadence – Weekly or biweekly working sessions, monthly check-ins, and quarterly business reviews tied to the outcomes each customer signed up for

  • Report on measurable value – Build and present the numbers that matter: AI review accuracy, flag volume and resolution, reduction in manual review, and turnaround time

  • Tune the platform to the customer – Refine rulesets, disclosure libraries, and review configurations as products, regulations, and campaign mix change

  • Own account health – Maintain health scores, surface risk early, and run recovery plans when engagement or sentiment slips

  • Partner with your Account Executive on renewals and expansion – Surface the signals, build the value case, and jointly own the commercial conversation

  • Be the customer's voice inside Blee – Translate feedback into prioritized product input and close the loop when it ships

  • Take clean handoffs from Implementation – Absorb the full context package at go-live and carry the roadmap forward without a reset

  • Build the customer success playbook – Document steady-state patterns, QBR templates, health frameworks, and save motions

Who You Are

  • Relationship-driven and outcome-obsessed – you measure yourself by whether the customer actually got what they bought

  • Executive-ready; you're comfortable presenting to VPs, GCs, and C-level stakeholders

  • Fluent with data – you can pull the usage numbers, build the business review, and defend the story behind them

  • Technically capable – you configure the product yourself and can reason about integrations and data flows without an engineer for every request

  • Structured and proactive; you run your book on a cadence rather than reacting to inbound

  • Calm under tension – you can absorb a frustrated stakeholder and turn it into a plan

  • Excited to define and own a critical function at a high-growth company

Who You'll Work With

You will work directly with Blee's customer success and product leadership, partnering daily with enterprise customers' legal, marketing, and compliance teams, and closely with the Account Executive and Implementation Manager on each of your accounts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or another post-sale customer-facing role at an enterprise SaaS company

  • Experience owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including retention and expansion outcomes

  • Track record of running executive-level business reviews and driving adoption across multi-team organizations

  • Comfort in a regulated or compliance-adjacent domain (financial services, life sciences, or similar is a plus)

  • Technical fluency: product configuration, integrations, and usage analytics

  • Willingness to travel to see customers in person (approximately 10-20%)

How We Work:

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Bi-annual get-togethers

  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Free access to OneMedical (US Only)

  • Company-paid life insurance (US Only)

  • Company-sponsored 401k + matching (US Only)

  • Flexible time off (with mandatory 15 days off)

  • Financial support for work-adjacent learning opportunities
