The Global Head of Pricing will lead pricing functions, optimize margins, develop pricing models, and ensure accurate billing while partnering with multiple teams.

Embed on the Video product team to build reusable data models, transformation layers, and pipelines (Snowflake, dbt/SQLMesh). Deliver production-ready data products (APIs, dashboards), instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, and predictive/causal models to inform product, retention, pricing, and growth decisions.

Design and architect robust ETL/data pipelines on cloud platforms. Build and automate data ingestion and preprocessing using Spark/Databricks, AWS Glue, Airflow. Implement warehousing architectures (EDW, DM, ODS, MOLAP/ROLAP), ensure SQL-based data quality, use version control, and deliver tested production pipelines while communicating with stakeholders.

Build and maintain product analytics dashboards, validate and QA event tracking, translate event data into analytics-ready datasets, run funnels/cohorts/retention analyses, support A/B testing, and surface actionable product insights to Product, Growth, and Data stakeholders.

Cross-functional internship analyzing retail and platform data to identify trends and breakout brands, design and run growth experiments, support outreach and partnerships, and own editorial publishing from social cards to full reports. Partner daily with founders and the Data Team, with opportunities to work alongside Engineering.

As a Data Analyst, you will create dashboards, analyze data, and ensure data quality while working with the VP of Finance.

Implement and manage data ingestion, enrichment, and integration for go-to-market teams. Clean and combine structured and unstructured sources, build automations and lightweight tools, integrate Clay outputs with the data warehouse, and partner with vertical stakeholders to create unified, actionable contact and lead views.

Lead design and delivery of Snowflake-centric cloud data platforms. Engage with clients to gather requirements, architect scalable secure solutions, provide technical leadership, develop roadmaps, advise executives, and guide implementation best practices across the analytics stack.

Perform hands-on Epic data conversion activities including CCDA/PAMI ingestion, source-to-target mapping, ETL, data validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, cutover support, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure accurate migration of clinical and operational data from multiple legacy EMRs into Epic.

The Principal Data Platform Engineer leads the architecture and development of the enterprise data platform, focusing on analytics, data science, and AI/ML capabilities. They establish standards for data quality and observability, design data ingestion and processing patterns, and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.
