Manage end-to-end California workers' compensation claims, including complex/high-exposure files. Conduct investigations, determine compensability, set reserves, manage medical and indemnity benefits, control litigation and legal costs, negotiate settlements, and provide excellent service to agents and insureds while mentoring junior adjusters and improving claims processes.

Provide after-hours and weekend travel support: monitor channels, handle flight/hotel/transport disruptions, rebook travel per SOPs, escalate high-impact issues, document actions, and hand off unresolved items to weekday Logistics.

The Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal support, ensure accuracy in contracts, improve processes, and translate operational issues into solutions.

Lead pre-sales scoping and embed operational experts into late-stage enterprise sales to simplify service tiers, protect margins, enforce scoping integrity, publish pre-sales collateral, and govern pre-sales metrics. Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales, and Enablement to translate operations into commercial narratives and reduce onboarding friction while advancing AI-first capabilities.

Own Salesforce and commercial systems as the enterprise system of record for pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Define commercial metrics, data standards, and governance; improve data quality and adoption; build repeatable board and executive reporting; reconcile sales reporting with Finance; establish forecasting cadence and accountability; manage commercial systems roadmap and external implementation partners.

Lead and transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a scalable, high-impact function by improving operating models, QA and labeling processes, talent development, cross-functional partnerships, and measurable fraud prevention outcomes using automation and analytics.

Build and lead a customer support quality assurance function: design scorecards and sampling, monitor 100% of interactions (human and AI), track quality metrics, coach agents, surface recurring customer pain points, and deliver data-driven recommendations to product and leadership.
