Lead reliability and platform architecture for a GCP-primary, multi-cloud environment. Own Kubernetes platform health, network and edge architecture, infrastructure as code, observability, disaster recovery, high availability, security, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimization. Lead high-severity incident response and on-call participation, establish engineering standards and change-management practices, enable developer self-service, and mentor senior engineers. The role requires staff-level technical leadership across infrastructure and application reliability.

Manage broad HR operations across North America and periodically Asia, including employee documentation, immigration coordination, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS records, benefits, leave, compensation, employee relations, recruitment coordination, reporting, communications, and HR projects. Design, develop, maintain, and support full-stack applications, Azure cloud services, REST APIs, integrations, and data workflows. Contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure automation, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational improvements. Participate in a 24x7 rotational on-call schedule, handling incidents, restoring services, documenting resolutions, and supporting continuous reliability improvements across business-critical platforms.

Serve as a flexible underwriting resource covering pipelines, absorbing overflow, and updating post-closing files. Underwrite across agency products per guidelines and investor overlays, maintain communication with leadership, ensure quality and compliance, and work remotely with schedule flexibility.
