Manage month-end close and financial reporting for multiple clients, prepare and present monthly financial packages, reconcile bank/payment accounts, oversee AR/AP (including Bill.com), handle payroll, inventory accounting and cash flow projections, and provide accounting consulting and financial analysis for e-commerce and CPG clients.

Contribute to full-stack development for web (Next.js/React/Tailwind) and mobile (React Native/Expo), build backend APIs with NestJS, support AWS deployments and CI/CD, implement AI-driven conversational features, develop data components, and collaborate with senior engineers through code reviews and product discussions while receiving mentorship.

Lead and perform vehicle accident reconstructions and field investigations, conduct engineering analyses, author technical reports, present to clients, provide expert testimony, manage project staffing, budgets, and technical reviews, mentor junior staff, and participate in business development.

Serve as MCC's chief executive and primary spiritual leader, providing strategic, administrative, and spiritual leadership. Strengthen enrollment and financial sustainability, support academic excellence, cultivate donor, church, alumni, and community relationships, lead senior leadership and administrative divisions, steward resources, represent the college publicly, and preserve the institution's biblical and Restoration Movement identity.
