Manage daily cash operations, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, debt administration, and treasury reporting. Reconcile and record cash transactions, maintain treasury systems, prepare short- and long-term cash forecasts, support covenant and bank administration, and develop KPIs and treasury dashboards. Coordinate with operations, yards, and banks to optimize working capital, ensure ATM and cash availability, and strengthen internal controls and fraud prevention.

Serve as primary onboarding contact: send paperwork, run background checks, verify I-9s, enter hires into ADP WorkforceNow, and support new-hire immigration. Co-manage internship program and collaborate with HRBPs and Division Directors to prioritize hiring needs.
