Job Summary
The BI and Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into meaningful insights that support informed business decision-making across the organization. This role works with large datasets from multiple enterprise systems, developing and maintaining data queries, reports, dashboards, and integrations to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of information.
The analyst is responsible for maintaining data integrity and quality while translating complex technical data into clear, actionable business insights. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, the BI and Reporting Analyst identifies reporting needs, troubleshoots data-related issues, implements system and reporting enhancements, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and enterprise system performance.
Key Responsibilities-
Administer, support, and optimize business applications, with a primary focus on business analytics solutions and ERP

Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects to support reporting, data analysis, and application performance.

Assist with data integration initiatives and demonstrate a willingness to learn and work with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and modern data integration technologies.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, BAQ’s and business analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Configure and maintain system environments, including servers, operating systems, and application platforms that support business systems.

Monitor system and application performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

Support related processes such as updates, patches, customizations, and integrations.

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, improve workflows, and implement system enhancements.

Support and train end users in use of business systems.

Ensure system security through proper configuration, monitoring, and adherence to IT policies.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Partner with other IT staff and external vendors on projects, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements.

Provide end-user support and training for Data Analytics, ERP and other business applications.
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in IT support.

Strong knowledge of Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, BAQ’s and business analytics solutions.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.

Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Experience with data integration technologies.

Understanding of basic IT infrastructure concepts

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, preferably SAP S4 Hanna & Epicor Kinetic.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
