Implements and maintains student grade reporting and master scheduling. Processes schedules, report cards, and interims; trains faculty on grading tools; resolves grade/data discrepancies; generates reports for school, state, and federal needs while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Lead architecture, automation, migration, and operational support for enterprise SQL Server environments on-premises and in cloud. Build IaC, monitoring, ETL pipelines, automate DBA tasks, troubleshoot performance/availability, ensure security/compliance, maintain runbooks, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Provide administrative and operational support for recruiting: coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, communicate with candidates, support onboarding and pre-employment checks, generate reports, assist sourcing and employer branding, ensure compliance and positive candidate/hiring manager experiences.

Manage forward planning and project coordination for new residential communities, liaising across internal teams and consultants to secure approvals, permits, and first construction starts. Maintain schedules, review and distribute plan sets, track red-lines, coordinate permitting, and oversee consultant deliverables while regularly visiting job sites.

Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and operations. Translate ambiguous initiatives into concrete plans, manage timelines and external partners (labs, pharmacies, wearables, payments), and ensure privacy, security, and compliance reviews are completed prior to launch. Maintain program communication, identify risks, and improve intake and release processes for a fast-moving startup.
