Lead the Personal Lines and Small Commercial business unit, owning P&L, strategy, growth, profitability, team development, carrier relationships, compliance, and operational excellence to drive client retention and scalable processes.

Lead and coach a field-based mid-market sales team (6–8 AEs) to deliver new business revenue for ERP/SaaS solutions across North America. Lead concepting and craft on-strategy copy for multi-channel campaigns (email, web, landing pages, digital banners, direct mail). Collaborate with art directors, clients, and internal teams to deliver creative work from brief to final delivery on deadline, adapting tone for diverse brands and ensuring execution quality.

Support accounting operations by maintaining financial records, processing invoices and expense reports, reconciling bank statements, assisting with monthly/quarterly reports, organizing financial documentation, aiding budget and audit preparation, and collaborating with departments to resolve discrepancies under supervision.

Partner with sales and product teams to drive pre-sales activities for conversational AI solutions: run demos, lead discovery sessions, design technical solutions, scope and manage POCs, develop SOWs, and liaise between customers and internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.

Support the sales team by coordinating vendors, researching pricing, preparing accurate quotations and proposals, managing opportunities in CRM, and ensuring timely customer communication to drive revenue growth.

Build Plane's outbound engine end-to-end: source and enrich prospect lists, create AI-powered personalization and multichannel sequences, maintain email deliverability and sender reputation, integrate data with CRM and sequencing tools, instrument metrics from reply to pipeline, and automate signal-based trigger plays for technical buyers.

Lead and grow the Southeast sales region for Bartlett Roofing by managing Sales Managers and reps, recruiting talent, driving KPIs and market performance, conducting field coaching, and partnering with cross-functional leadership to scale operations and ensure long-term success.
