Owns co-sell strategy, partner-influenced pipeline, ACV, new-logo growth, revenue attribution, joint account planning, commercial agreements, field enablement, QBRs, forecasting, and executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and external partner organizations to build a scalable partner go-to-market motion.

The Human Resources Generalist manages recruitment, onboarding, bi-weekly payroll, employee records, benefits administration, performance reviews, training coordination, compliance reporting, and employee engagement. The role maintains employee data and training records in Paylocity, supports managers and employees with HR policies and processes, generates HR reports, handles claims and verifications, and protects confidential information.
