Develop scalable, secure backend satellite mission-operations software using Python and AWS. Own end-to-end M&A diligence for insurance agency acquisitions, validating financials, compliance, licensing, litigation, and operational assumptions. Present quantified findings and recommendations, work directly with sellers, exercise judgment on incomplete information, and help encode diligence processes into an AI-native platform. The role also supports revenue operations, deal evaluation, and post-close integration while partnering with product and engineering teams to scale the diligence system.
