Processes customer orders, prepares quotations, follows up on sales opportunities, handles returns and order status inquiries, and provides technical product support. Supports month-end and year-end close, accruals, audits, W-9 and 1099 activities, general ledger tasks, and discrepancy resolution with procurement and internal teams.

Manage global data center power-up and power-down projects, coordinating client IT teams, resources, schedules, deadlines, responsibilities, and communications. The role requires remote project execution across time zones and cultures, with essential night and weekend work. Responsibilities include using client platforms and technology databases, improving service delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction during infrastructure power events.

The Accountant will manage core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounts management while supporting internal controls and audits.

Provide administration, support, and maintenance for on-premises and cloud messaging/collaboration systems (Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune).
