Job DutiesMonitors server, application logs, and TICKETS queue for issues and responds appropriately.
Designs, implements, and maintains cloud-based technology under the EUS SAi team, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Office 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Azure offerings currently implemented by the courts.
Provides administration and support for the PACOURTS and UJSWEB forests and sub-domains. Develops strategic and operational plans for continual growth and evolving user requirements specific to the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts and Supreme Court user environments.
Manages user IDs, third-party access, and access security in the EUS server environment.
Develops new processes and procedures for the 0365 & Azure environment as new features are researched, piloted, approved, and implemented. Works with the management team to ensure operational support aligns with departmental goals.
Assists in research and recommendations for emerging technologies that would be tools for future cloud/server/application-based initiatives. Provides cost-benefit analysis when recommending the technology.
Manages incoming Domain Name System (DNS) requests on time. Coordinates server IP address changes, security policies, and DNS changes with Network Security. Communicates with the appropriate teams requesting changes.
Develops, publishes, and maintains operating and disaster-recovery processes that align with current AOPC/IT standards and the industry’s best practices.
Manages the monthly server patching procedure through WSUS.
Associate’s degree in any information technology field; AND
Two years of IT experience in network operations and maintenance.
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered.
Knowledge of technologies used to maintain enterprise systems is required. These include Active Directory, DNS, Office 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, AD, Rubrik, and KnowBe4.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise operating systems, applications, and best practices is required.
A satisfactory criminal background check is required.

Salary information
Starting Annual Salary Range: $61,926 - $75,020
Maximum Annual Salary: $101,209

- Associate's degree in an information technology field or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Two years of IT experience in network operations and maintenance
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD administration
- Experience with Office 365 and Exchange Online configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, DNS management, WSUS patching, and enterprise operating systems
- Familiarity with Rubrik and KnowBe4 (enterprise backup and security/phishing awareness tools)
- Ability to monitor server/application logs, manage ticket queues, and coordinate with network/security teams
