Provides on-site IT support for employees and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows hardware, software, applications, laptops, printers, scanners, conference room systems, Teams phones, and network connectivity. The role deploys and images devices, performs hardware repairs, manages Active Directory tasks, resolves incidents within SLAs, supports account access, and maintains accurate tickets and technical documentation.

Administers and improves the Salesforce platform, including user access, configuration, automation, data quality, reporting, testing, releases, governance, and support. Gathers business requirements, translates operational needs into scalable solutions, troubleshoots issues, trains users, maintains documentation, and monitors adoption. Collaborates with developers and stakeholders on integrations, enhancements, deployments, and third-party applications such as Certinia, MuleSoft, Conga, Egnyte, and Concur.

Provide first‑contact remote IT support for company employees (85% general tech support, 15% Tier 1 enterprise AI tool support). Troubleshoot, document, and resolve device, software, and access issues; escalate when needed; assist with AI account provisioning, FAQs, and runbook-driven resolutions. Support macOS/iOS and mobile devices, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to knowledge base and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Responsibilities include SharePoint administration, content management, user support, troubleshooting, governance, permissions reviews, quality assurance, training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives. The specialist also supports migrations, identifies usability improvements, and stays current with Power Platform and AI-enabled Microsoft technologies.

Provides advanced helpdesk support for court case management and jury software. Responsibilities include expert triage, ticket prioritization and resolution, application troubleshooting, configuration changes, outage communications, knowledge-base development, data analysis, scripting assistance, and coordination with application and hosting operations teams.

Administer and support PeopleSoft environments including installation, configuration, upgrades/patching, performance tuning, integrations (Integration Broker, IAM/MFA), ElasticSearch implementation, environment builds, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination to maintain high-availability HRMS systems.

Lead technical escalations from intake to validated resolution: run diagnostics across logs, SQL, APIs, cloud and code; classify root causes; review AI-generated fixes; coordinate engineering responses to meet SLAs; improve runbooks, tooling, and prevention to reduce repeat incidents.

Provide application support for MIP Accounting to clerks, accountants, CFOs and HR/payroll staff via ticketing, phone, web and chat. Troubleshoot errors, replicate issues, provide how-to guidance, create knowledge base content, and escalate or collaborate on resolutions.

Lead and scale Application Support for a B2B SaaS digital banking platform. Own strategy, KPIs, incident management, cross-functional governance, manager development, tooling (ServiceNow/Jira), and client experience to improve stability, reduce incidents, and drive retention.
