Partners cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Data Engineering to enable reliable reporting, automation, and AI workflows.

Manages revenue operations across pipeline forecasting, quote approvals, bookings, revenue support, reporting, and product administration. Reviews Salesforce data, coordinates cross-functional booking and revenue processes, leads SKU and price book setup, validates Salesforce and NetSuite workflows, reconciles data using Excel and Power BI, and documents scalable procedures and controls. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, Customer Success, and business systems teams to resolve exceptions and improve commercial operations.

Manages the full lifecycle of company publications, including document changes, workflows, reviews, revisions, archival, status tracking, and distribution across electronic and hard-copy platforms.
