Provide executive-level administrative support including complex calendar and travel management, event coordination, document and presentation preparation, correspondence, research and reporting, filing/confidential records management, budget assistance, and serve as liaison to leaders while training other administrative staff.

Provide high-judgment executive support to the CFO and scoped support to senior Finance leaders: manage calendar strategy, board/investor and financing logistics, planning-cycle coordination, meeting readiness, action tracking, travel and expense logistics, and confidential materials. Improve executive leverage through prioritization, communication triage, lightweight systems, and coverage within the Executive Support team.

Coordinate creative ad trafficking and QA for regional and national OTT campaigns. Track assets and schedules, input agency traffic instructions, QA creative specs and sensitive content, manage SLAs and deadlines, and work with AdOps and sales teams to ensure proper creative delivery.

Process member enrollments, changes, reinstatements, terminations, renewals, and premium billing. Respond to calls and emails, generate membership documents, support employer groups/vendors/brokers and internal teams, and maintain quality, confidentiality, and divisional production standards.

Provide hands-on IT support for North America users and global onboarding: manage device procurement, provisioning (Intune, Apple Business Manager), mailbox and identity administration (Microsoft 365/Exchange, HiBob), ticket resolution within SLAs, shipping/logistics, offboarding, and light infrastructure and automation support.

Use AI and Zendesk analytics to identify support trends and root causes, coordinate with Product/Engineering, monitor reviews, manage international partner communications, and maintain troubleshooting guides and help content to improve customer experience and operational processes.
