Provide hands-on electrical engineering support and technical ownership for Raleigh electro-mechanical product lines. Troubleshoot, test, validate, and improve PCB assemblies, sensors, embedded systems, and HMI devices. Support CTI product-line transfer, work with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers, maintain documentation, and drive product stability, manufacturability, and continuous improvement.

Support homebuyers through the purchase process by coordinating communication among parties, preparing and maintaining customer files, assisting with applications and closings, ensuring accuracy and transparency, and delivering high-quality customer service to drive deals to funding.
