Engagement Strategy

As they grow in experience and responsibility, a CEM will assume a larger role in partnering with client managers and executives to define and drive an analytics strategy and roadmap. They will develop long range engagement plans that outline strategy growth initiatives for their portfolio of clients. • Energetic and Creative. Life-long learners. Eager to grow and stay on top of a rapidly evolving analytics and data science industry.
  • Effective Listeners, Communicators, and Presenters. You know what to say, you know who you’re talking to, and you work hard to say it the right way. Ability to articulate to clients the value of data science, statistics, and machine learning to their business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate client engagements and relationships in partnership with other ERI leaders.
  • Work with Directors and Vice Presidents to review growth and expansion opportunities.

  • Maintain and communicate a solid understanding of analytics and data science techniques, tools, approaches, methodologies, and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or other technical field.
