Leads the global Product Security organization and security strategy for large-scale SaaS and cloud platforms. Supports management consulting engagements by designing client deliverables, presentations, visual assets, reports, and meeting graphics. Assists with documenting requirements and processes, researching client industries and design best practices, and applying visual design, information hierarchy, and user experience principles. Collaborates with consulting professionals, manages multiple deadlines, and works within client branding guidelines. Travel may comprise 20%–50% of the schedule.

Coordinates architecture and construction projects through document control, deliverable scheduling, invoicing, reporting, RFIs, submittals, and project setup. Supports project managers, client standards, contracts, and records retention. Also serves as Raleigh office administrator, managing vendors, facilities, onboarding, events, supplies, invoices, and leadership support. The role requires in-office presence and strong organizational, communication, analytical, documentation-control, and Microsoft Office skills.

Coordinates flight assignments, crew travel, trip logistics, flight following, operational updates, regulatory documentation, and disruption responses. Monitors weather, air traffic control, NOTAMs, airport restrictions, and aircraft weight and balance requirements. Communicates timely information to crew members, scheduling, client services, and other departments while maintaining accurate operational records and reports. Requires rotating, on-call, overnight, and weekend coverage, occasional travel, and the ability to obtain CRCST certification within six months.

Lead customer-facing technical consulting engagements from discovery through deployment. Design, build, test, and deploy scalable SaaS solutions using APIs, integrations, middleware, automation, and multiple programming languages. Advise customers on architecture and technical tradeoffs, document solution designs, estimate project effort, manage technical delivery, review team architectures, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on enhancements.
