NVIDIA seeks an accomplished Account Manager to develop its relationships with universities and higher-education research institutions. This opportunity fits a consultative technology sales specialist who thrives on AI, accelerated computing, scientific research, and assisting academic customers in overcoming complex computing issues. Serving as NVIDIA’s leader in AI and accelerated computing, we work alongside universities and research institutions that push the boundaries of science, engineering, and technology. We seek an Account Manager to cultivate strategic customer relationships, foster growth within a designated territory, and support academic institutions in implementing NVIDIA’s full technology platform.

In this full-time role, you will partner with NVIDIA solution architects, developer relations, product teams, business units, and channel partners. You will guide the sales process from prospecting through to close, formulate account strategies, and interpret customer software and computing demands into clear, differentiated NVIDIA solutions.

What You'll be doing:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota across university and research accounts.

  • Build and complete territory and account plans that generate balanced revenue growth.

  • Develop positive relationships with academic, research, IT, and business collaborators.

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations and demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, forecasting, and closing.

  • Collaborate with solution architects, developer relations, product management, business units, and other internal teams to drive customer opportunities forward and speed up research on NVIDIA platforms.

  • Collaborate with technology channel partners to extend market coverage and grow sales.

  • Accurately forecast pipeline, revenue, and deal progress to sales leadership.

  • Understand customers’ software, infrastructure, research, and computing priorities, then articulate NVIDIA’s value proposition, product capabilities, and strategic positioning.

  • More than 5 years of experience in an Account Manager role with revenue targets.

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting higher-education and research customers.

  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue targets and managing sales forecasts.

  • Experience working with technology industry channel partners and developing go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Outstanding customer relationship-management skills and the ability to engage effectively with technical and executive collaborators.

  • Ability to communicate complex technology concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Open to travel 25%

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
