Lead tax compliance, reporting, and planning for partnerships, LLCs, and corporations. Manage federal, state, and local filings; advise on commercial real estate transactions, depreciation, cost segregation, partnership allocations, and Section 1031 exchanges. Partner with leadership and advisors to evaluate tax impacts of transactions, implement tax strategies, and maintain internal tax controls to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead commercial and market strategy for an assigned chemicals portfolio, driving pricing, contract management, revenue growth, and contribution improvement. Provide market intelligence, pricing recommendations, performance analysis, and cross-functional support to sales and operations. Design, scale, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput ML inference infrastructure and feature stores; implement observability, validation, and automated model deployment; debug relevance systems; partner with product, data engineering, and Trust & Safety to deliver reliable, production-grade ML infrastructure.

Monitor SIEM and endpoint tools to detect and respond to threats, administer endpoint/mobile defenses, maintain network security controls, run vulnerability assessments, enforce IAM/MFA/PAM, support compliance and audits, and build security KPIs and projects to improve posture.
