Leads Lifelong Learning’s organic growth and acquisition strategy by developing partnerships, contracts, and new markets; sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets; analyzing financial and operational data; negotiating transactions; coordinating due diligence and integration; managing executive relationships; maintaining growth pipelines and forecasts; and supervising the business development team. The role is accountable for revenue growth, strategic partnerships, geographic expansion, and completed acquisitions.

Collaborates with design, marketing, writing, and technical partners, works from evolving inputs, and improves creative workflows using AI and template tooling.

Supports the General Manager in directing sales and operational activities for the Peoria market. Coordinates cross-department projects, events, and training; communicates priority issues; assists employees and escalates concerns; performs assigned data analysis and reporting; and helps improve organizational efficiency.

Leads the company’s Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process, aligning demand, engineering workload, materials, production capacity, and business objectives. Develops capacity and demand forecasts, coordinates production scheduling and material planning, monitors supply chain risks, and facilitates cross-functional and executive planning reviews. Owns SIOP dashboards, performance metrics, action tracking, and recommendations related to inventory, staffing, outsourcing, capacity constraints, supplier performance, and customer delivery commitments.

Manages key on-premise customer accounts for Pernod Ricard USA, building consultative relationships and driving portfolio growth. Executes sales programs, brand activations, sampling events, and point-of-sale initiatives; collaborates with distributors and internal teams; identifies territory growth opportunities; manages budgets and sales tracking; and supports trade education and brand storytelling. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 30%.

Own visual and interaction design for Faherty’s e-commerce site and app, translating seasonal brand direction into responsive, accessible, conversion-focused experiences. Design flows, wireframes, interfaces, prototypes, components, and campaign modules; ship updates directly in Shopify; collaborate with development, QA, marketing, merchandising, and creative teams; optimize designs using research, testing, performance data, and business KPIs. Extend brand systems through digital channels while maintaining strong typography, layout, composition, and storytelling.

Manages the Commandant’s Office, including daily administration, budgets, procurement, records, cadet housing, staff supervision, events, recruitment support, and compliance. Coordinates calendars, vendors, work orders, room assignments, cadet records, scholarships, travel, and institutional events while providing administrative support to cadets, families, faculty, and visitors.

Performs supervised pre-award and post-award contracting functions for information technology, goods and services, concessions, leasing, maintenance, and other procurements. Assists with procurement planning, solicitation preparation, market research, proposal review, price and cost analysis, negotiations, contract awards, administration, and closeout. The role develops contracting expertise and requires procurement certification within two years.

Manage paid search strategy and hands-on execution across Google and Bing for multiple clients. Develop full-funnel campaigns, optimize budgets and bids, analyze performance, report on experiments, and advise clients on improving CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs. Coordinate conversion tracking with analytics, collaborate with creative and branding teams, monitor search trends, and communicate campaign insights through weekly client reporting.
