Work directly with the CEO to own cross-functional, high-priority initiatives end-to-end: launch new business lines, run major partnerships, build board decks and investor materials, install operating cadence, and ensure execution continues smoothly when the founder is unavailable. This is a senior, strategic operating role requiring consulting-grade analysis and startup execution experience, plus deep familiarity with trading-card or collector communities.

Sell new and used vehicles, assist customers with selection, explain financing and leasing options, close deals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships and referrals, meet sales targets, and participate in training and community events.

Provide pragmatic corporate and commercial legal support across contracts, real estate transactions, and multi-entity governance. Draft and negotiate vendor and property management agreements, coordinate outside counsel, advise business teams, and support landlord-tenant operations and ad hoc employment, privacy, licensing, and construction issues.

Manage and optimise end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, inventory, freight (air/sea), customs clearance, and performance reporting. Lead logistics team, resolve delivery issues, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and implement process improvements to reduce costs.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of construction and waterproofing customers through prospecting, outreach, events, and relationship-building. Qualify leads, coordinate with estimating to prepare proposals, perform building take-offs, manage CRM and KPI reporting, and represent the company at industry events to win new business.

Manage the full client billing lifecycle including invoicing, accounts receivable, payment processing, credit memos, reconciliations, collections and vendor bill entry. Act as primary client-facing contact for billing inquiries via phone, email and video, resolve payment disputes, ensure invoice accuracy, maintain records and reports, and support state tax compliance. Use Excel and various software platforms; work collaboratively with Customer Success and Senior Accountant.

Design, implement, and validate embedded software and firmware for temperature control systems. Develop GUIs, control logic, communications, diagnostics, and test protocols. Collaborate with electrical engineers, troubleshoot hardware/software with debugging tools, document designs, support onsite testing, and interface with customers and vendors.

Plan, staff, and administer intramural sports across campus; recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and payroll student workers; coordinate facility inspections and maintenance; assist with club sports, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, marketing, and communications; lead educational sessions and represent the university at intercollegiate meetings; promote inclusion and campus engagement; serve as a Campus Security Authority under Clery Act.

Provide hands-on AWS technical pre-sales support across North America: build demos and POCs, create reference architectures, lead technical deep-dives, support RFPs, enable delivery teams, and maintain AWS expertise to drive co-sell success and POC-to-production conversions.

Manage the full accounts payable cycle: process invoices, maintain vendor relationships and aging reports, prepare weekly payments, reconcile credit cards, and support month-end and year-end close and reconciliations. Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed.
