The Software Engineer 2 develops and enhances complex software systems, analyzes user requirements, debugs software, designs new features, and leads projects.

Design and build an ontology and deterministic reasoning layer unifying structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Model entities, relations, constraints and rules; ensure traceable, auditable derivations. Use LLMs at ingestion with validation, implement retrieval (vector/keyword/graph), improve entity resolution and conflict handling, and ship production services and research prototypes focused on correctness and maintainability.

Design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP and modern S/4HANA extensibility (CDS, AMDP, RAP). Build Fiori/UI5 apps with OData on BTP/BAS, support SP upgrades and system conversions, perform debugging and performance tuning, and collaborate with functional consultants to deliver WRICEF objects.

Lead social strategy and execution for nonprofit clients: create editorial calendars, schedule and engage on social platforms, ideate campaigns, analyze growth and report, manage contests/giveaways, support client relationships, and contribute to company culture.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll build user-facing features, optimize GraphQL backend, and develop scalable systems, contributing significantly to the company's growth.

Coordinate and support enterprise projects across the full lifecycle: gather requirements, maintain documentation, track timelines/milestones, manage communications and meetings, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, support UAT and post-launch activities, and ensure adherence to project templates, tools, and quality standards.

Design, build, and operate backend services for vehicle-transport workflows. Own architecture, REST APIs, async/background processing, partner integrations, performance tuning, observability, on-call incident response, mentoring, and cross-functional API/product collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable services.

Develop, optimize, and deploy production-grade computer vision models (depth, segmentation, tracking) for an autonomous mower. Own model lifecycle from data collection and synthetic-data strategies through training, edge optimization (quantization, mixed precision), and embedded NVIDIA GPU deployment. Integrate perception with robotics stack, analyze field failure cases, and continuously improve robustness for challenging outdoor conditions.

Lead and coach a 10–12 person outbound SMB sales team onsite in Austin. Maintain on-floor presence, run daily rhythms, conduct live and recorded call coaching, manage performance metrics (dials, talk time, show/close rates), own forecasting, support recruiting and ramp, and enforce accountability and culture.
