Lead PCS' ITAD partnership vertical to generate recurring supply and revenue. Source and negotiate inventory purchases, structure tolling/services, fund large deals, and build JVs/M&A opportunities. Own P&L, maintain partner pipeline, coordinate with operations, and represent PCS in the ITAD community to scale processing and remarketing globally.

Lead and stabilize the Enterprise Architecture function across Corporate Products, Transportation, and Business Architecture teams. Lead go-to-market planning and execution: align product, sales, and marketing teams; support product launches, sales enablement, campaign strategy, and performance tracking to drive adoption and revenue.

Manage a portfolio of ecommerce merchant accounts to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Provide strategic recommendations across email, SMS, and onsite experiences, monitor customer health, resolve technical and strategic issues, support renewals and expansions, and advocate customer feedback to internal teams while contributing to documentation and playbooks.
