Lead design and development of composite phenolic and elastomer mechanical components from concept through production. Perform CAD modeling, FEA and hand calculations, prototyping, testing, and root-cause analysis. Define scalable manufacturing and assembly processes, create process control documentation, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to improve production and ensure aerospace/defense compliance and production readiness.

Support the Executive Director with marketing and social media, generate blog posts, maintain the membership database, develop membership benefits, and recruit new members. Part-time unpaid internship (10-15 hrs/week), Aug–Nov, mostly remote.

Build and maintain scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines for analytics. Create high-quality demo videos, product walkthroughs, and reusable assets that translate Dust's complex capabilities into clear narratives. Partner with Engineering and Design to own demo environments, produce end-to-end content (script to delivery), scale launches, and build production templates and workflows to drive awareness, activation, and growth.

Lead and develop multi-location teams across parts, service, sales, and rental operations. Coach managers, drive customer satisfaction, improve processes, manage projects, and make strategic decisions to grow the business while upholding company values.

Develop new business and expand customer relationships within an assigned oilfield territory. Manage full sales cycle using CRM, visit job sites regularly, provide high-quality customer service, identify upsell opportunities, and execute a territory plan to drive revenue and customer retention.

Perform advanced power system studies (load flow, short circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash, grounding, harmonics, transient/EMT, power quality, reliability). Build and maintain PSCAD and similar models, analyze high-density AI load impacts, support utility interconnections, prepare technical reports, collaborate with design teams, support commissioning, and review deliverables for compliance with standards.

Design and develop electromechanical products (powered Bimini systems), integrating motors, actuators, sensors, electronics, and user interfaces. Build prototypes, validate designs through testing, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and OEM customers, and bring products from concept to production.

Provide front-desk and administrative support in a healthcare setting: answer phones, manage records and scheduling in EHR, handle mail, draft responses, assist team projects, and support public inquiries while following policies and maintaining confidentiality.
