This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work across mechanical systems, electronics, controls, software integration, testing, and manufacturing. You'll have the opportunity to develop products that solve real customer challenges and are used by leading boat manufacturers across North America.
What You'll Do- Design and develop innovative electromechanical products.
- Improve and expand our powered Bimini technology platform.
- Work with motors, actuators, sensors, electronics, and user-interface systems.
- Build prototypes and validate designs through rigorous testing.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and OEM customers.
- Bring new products from concept to production.
- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience developing electromechanical products.
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on engineering skills.
- CAD experience and a passion for product innovation.
