Partners with process owners, business analysts, architects, superusers, and local leadership to validate requirements, manage localizations, resolve issues, improve data quality, and ensure finance processes are ready for deployment.

Review commercial loan files post-closing to identify missing or incorrect documentation and collateral records, assess risk and compliance issues, collaborate with internal teams and legal counsel to resolve discrepancies, and prepare files for audits while following regulatory requirements.

Support mortgage operations by assisting processors and underwriters with ordering third-party items, pre-underwriting, uploading disclosures and audit documents, reviewing loan files for completeness and compliance, closing audit items, and preparing assessment reports while ensuring adherence to regulatory and credit union policies.

Provide full-cycle HR support for two sites, partnering with leaders on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, engagement initiatives, HR analytics, compliance, and process improvements to drive productivity and morale.

Drive complex technical and commercial programs from planning through delivery. Coordinate scientific operations, AI/ML, software, perception, hardware, data, business, customers, and partners. The role is in-person in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with travel to customer and partner sites as needed.

Manage and grow revenue from existing Hostaway customers by selling add-ons (e.g., Dynamic Pricing, Smart Locks, QuickBooks Online). Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, run demos, qualify opportunities, handle objections, negotiate and close deals. Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, meet monthly/quarterly quotas, and partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.
