Own and scale Outschool's paid search and emerging ad channels (Google, Bing, ChatGPT). Execute keyword strategy, campaign architecture, bidding/automation, Performance Max, and day-to-day campaign ops. Use AI to speed workflows, build dashboards, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and collaborate cross-functionally on attribution, landing pages, and audience signals to hit CAC and acquisition goals.

Develop front-end and back-end applications for the NTID Center on Access Technology. Responsibilities include researching and designing software, analyzing user needs, gathering requirements, developing and testing solutions, documenting work, collaborating with internal customers, and tracking project delivery. The role supports web, mobile, and database application development and contributes to research advancing access technologies for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

Own TSD partner relationships and recruit, activate, and enable sub-agent/reseller partners. Drive pipeline and joint GTM plans, run partner business reviews, pitch product and manage deal registrations, ensure CRM hygiene, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow indirect channel revenue.

Provide customer service and support store operations including cash handling, cleaning and fixture maintenance, inventory security, operating a cash register and store equipment, stocking, and working assigned shifts including nights and weekends.

Manage all accounting functions including billing, AR/AP, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition. Produce GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Maintain controls and journal entries, provide financial analysis for quotes and margins, collaborate across the organization, and work with external auditors and CPA firm.

Lead membership strategy and programs by leveraging member insights, data, and relationships. Drive recruitment, retention, sponsorships, and targeted programs; manage committees, volunteers, and direct reports; run cross-functional projects; use PowerBI, Aptify, and HubSpot reporting to inform decisions and measure engagement and growth.

Lead FP&A processes including annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and 3-statement financial modeling. Provide variance analysis, strategic finance partnership, support M&A and due diligence, develop board/investor materials, improve systems and automation, and manage a small FP&A team.

Support rail/transit engineering projects by preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, alignments, field investigations, design computations, condition assessments, feasibility studies, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Build and ship high-quality product features, design robust architectures, lead technical execution, collaborate on product roadmap with leadership and GTM, and take projects end-to-end from planning through CI/CD and productionization.

Process customer orders, respond to customer inquiries about pricing, products, and delivery, coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues, track backorders and exceptions, maintain customer account information, assist with basic sales support, and complete administrative tasks while following safety and operational policies.
