As a Design Specialist, you'll engage clients in design consultations, drive sales through personalized solutions, and maintain relationships with clients and design professionals.

Design, program, and commission process control systems (PLCs/HMIs/SCADA). Perform troubleshooting, testing, electrical and instrumentation design, write specs and documentation, interface with clients, and assist with estimates and proposals.

Lead a small team to design, develop, and deliver Oracle ESB/OSB integration solutions. Responsibilities include requirements collection, architecture and design reviews, SOA/Web Services development, performance tuning, managing ESB runtime/metadata servers, and ensuring secure message exchange. Support Oracle Fusion integration as needed.

Design and implement the software stack for Intel CPU tablet products across device drivers, middleware and applications. Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to prototype features, optimize performance and power, and integrate cloud, multimedia, graphics, imaging, connectivity, and sensor subsystems. Lead teams, perform deep debugging (kernel/JTAG/WinDBG), and deliver on Windows (Windows 8) and Android platforms using Agile practices.

Design and develop DRM-enabled media software for Android and Windows. Contribute to architecture, implement media frameworks and streaming protocols, work at middleware/device-driver level, and integrate DRM schemes like Widevine and PlayReady.

Lead all branch operations for a 25+ person team, owning field execution, safety/DOT compliance, people development, revenue and customer experience, and scalable systems. Coach crews in the field, hire and train staff, monitor weekly metrics, and implement quality and safety programs to meet profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
